The File Change Event tracks changes that occur in a directory. A notification is made if a file is added to the directory, or if a file already contained in the directory is modified or deleted.
Several of the properties of the File Change Event are related. For example, when the option is selected to monitor a directory for file changes, another option allows subdirectory changes to also be considered.
