Testing a Solution in the Studio

You can view or test the performance of a solution by running it in the Studio. You should run complex solutions at various points during the build process so you can quickly detect and correct design errors.

Note: When you test a solution in the Studio, Alerts are never triggered.

Running a solution loaded in the Studio

1. From the menu choose Debug > Run Solution.

   The solution begins to run and the Studio is switched to run-mode. The Run Solution button changes to Stop Running.

2. To open the Studio Log window, double-click the status bar.
3. To stop running, choose Debug > Stop Running or click Stop Running.
